Q. What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is 5 weeks.
Q. How does the contract work?
The contract begins on the day of delivery and is based on the term that was agreed at time of placing your order.
Q. What is a week?
A week is 7 consecutive days including Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
Q. When do I pay for the equipment I hire?
A. Payment can be made via the website, or if you prefer you can contact us via phone, email or hire request form and we will get back to you asap. Payment can also be made to the driver on delivery. For your convenience our driver with have a hand held chip and pin machine with him upon delivery. You can also pay cash, or cheque on delivery.

Q. What is the warranty policy?
A. We pride ourselves on our full 12 month warranty and after sales service. If the machine develops a fault we will collect the machine from you and have it repaired. Our fully qualifed technicians will replace any parts if needed. We offer this service free of charge. We guarantee to provide the level of service, support and expertise you should expect from a specialist.
Q. I have seen similar machines cheaper on the internet from abroad?
A. Although these machines may look the same on the outside they can be completely different internally. We work closely with our manfacturer who is contracted to supply only Vibroplates.ie to erradicate the common faults that are sometimes found in these machines, making sure the motor, drive system and gearboxes are of superior quality to any other machines on the market. Look out for companies who offer a RTB warranty (which stands for return to base i.e you pay to send it back to get repaired). This can be a problem when the machine weighs 45kg or even worse if the seller is UK based (sometimes they even use .ie domains to hide this fact!). Also, most sellers send the machine out in a flatpack meaing you will have to assemble the machine yourself. With Vibroplates.ie the machine is built correctly and delivered fully assembled by Vibroplates.ie staff, who will set the machine up and give a full demostration. We are 100% Irish owned.
Q. I haven't exercised for a while, what do you recommend?
We always recommend that customers consult their doctor as a precautionary measure before undertaking any physical exercise. Vibroplates.ie staff are unable to give fitness advice.

Vibroplates.ie staff always recommend you consult your doctor before taking part in any physical activity. Individual fitness advice cannot be given.

A. We will arrange a delivery day and time to suit you. We aim to deliver machines as soon as possible after your order.

We deliver machines for sale NATIONWIDE by Vibroplates.ie trained staff.
Q. Do you have any Safety Checks?
A. Yes every piece of equipment is thoroughly electrically checked prior to delivery. Our fully qualifed technicans use P.A.T Testing equipment to ensure electrical safety of all machines. All of our machines are cleaned using anti-bacterial spray before every hire. Upon delivery our drivers will demostrate how to use the machine. Full safety instructions and user manuals will be supplied.
Q. How do I return or cancel the equipment I've hired?
A. We will contact you just before you hire is due to end. If you wish to cancel before the end of the term, just contact us and we will sort everthing out.
Q. Do you offer corporate discounts to companies?
Yes once we set your company up on our system any staff who hire a machine from us will receive a discount.
Q. Is the equipment insured for loss or damage?
Vibroplates.ie equipment is only insured on our premises and in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that your own household insurance covers the equipment for any loss or damage whilst the equipment is in your possession.
Q. If I love the machine so much, can I buy it?
Yes, if you contact Vibroplates.ie anytime during the hire, we will give you a quote to buy the machine, taking into account any hire fees already paid.
